O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) It is brought to our notice that the Registrar (District) Judiciary has passed an order on 17.02.2025. The operative portion of it reads as follows:- "10. The Principal District Judge, Tiruppur is, therefore, directed to refund the DCRG amount recovered from the petitioner and issue No Objection Certificate to the Office of the Accountant General for payment of arrears of pension after deducting the provisional arrears already paid and release of regular pension to the petitioner forthwith The petitioner shall not be entitled to any interest for the arrears amount payable to him."
