ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for Mandamus, directing the third respondent not to insist upon payment of Entry Tax at the time of registering Range Rover Sport 3.0L, TDV6, Buckingham Blue Car bearing Chassis No.SALLSAAF3AA228338, Engine No.0412686306DT imported from Germany. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
