The condition imposed by this Court while granting bail on 17.05.2023 is sought to be relaxed.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) states that on completion of investigation, final report has been filed also states that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., is relaxed and the petition is allowed.
