Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent relating to the impugned notice (Ref.No.51000904040001001/CP/325102) dated 08.07.2019 and quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent to consider the contributions paid by the petitioner to ESI Corporation on 14.03.2019 and 15.03.2019.

ORDER

When this Court expressed its view to dismiss the writ petition, since the petitioner has not exhausted the appellate remedy available under the Act, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
