This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8729 of in Crl.O.P.No.11113 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, at Karaikal, Puducherry, weekly twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.8729 of in Crl.O.P.No.11113 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, at Karaikal, Puducherry, on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m until further orders.
