[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMP has been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'certified copy of the impugned proceedings dated 25.08.2023' [hereinafter 'impugned proceedings' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

3. Ms. Gopika Nambiar, learned counsel representing Mr. Sharath Chandran, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, is before this Court.

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioner, adverting to support affidavit, submitted that the impugned proceedings was not served on the writ petitioner and only by approaching the Chief Minister's Cell, the writ petitioner procured a copy of the impugned Page Nos.1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

cad proceedings and hence, the writ petitioner was not able to file certified copy of the impugned proceedings. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of support affidavit in W.P.No.24057 of 2024, which reads as follows: '9.I state that the impugned order has till date not served upon me, and only upon following with Chief Minister's cell, I procured a copy of the impugned order.'
