PRAYER:Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondent police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2019 and give permission and police protection to conduct the Public Awareness Rally in between S.R Gate to Arakkonam Taluk Office.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.08.2019 and give permission and police protection to conduct the Public Awareness Rally in between S.R Gate to Arakkonam Taluk Office.

2. Since there is no acknowledgment for the representation given to the respondent police, this Court is not in a position to entertain this petition.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondent police seeking for permission to conduct Rally and the respondent police shall consider the same and take an appropriate decision in accordance with law.
