The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Section 120B, 420, 170, 387 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.916 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail application filed by the petitioner by order dated 28.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.13164 of 2025.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner by relying on the order dated 24.02.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.376 of 2025 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Court, Erode submitted that there is a change in circumstances for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, I am not inclined to consider the same, since the order was passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13164 of 2025 subsequent to the order passed by the learned Principal District and sessions Judge, Erode and there is no change of circumstances in this regard.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 17.09.2025 ssi To:
