This Application has been filed to permit the Petitioner to file documents 1 to 20 and mark as exhibits in the O.P.No.286 of 2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the Applicant and the learned counsel for the Respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, except Doc.No.6, all other documents can be marked, subject to proof and relevancy.

In respect of Doc.No.6 necessary application has to be filed or necessary procedure has to be followed. Since it relates to the mental condition of a person, the same has to be marked through a competent authority, who had issued the same.

4.This Application is ordered, to the above said limited extent.
