The petitioner submits that on 25.05.2025, the respondent police registered Crime No.217 of 2025 against him for alleged offences under Sections 303(2) and 62 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

2. According to the prosecution, on 24.05.2025 at about 11:15 p.m., the petitioner along with others, allegedly attempted to break the handle lock of a two-wheeler (TN 09 CH 1404, Yamaha Rayza) parked in front of the defacto complainant's house and the FIR was registered.

3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner has 8 previous cases.

4. Considering the nature of the complaint and the antecedents of the petitioner herein, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 14.08.2025 bsm Note :
