This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the Petitioners should report before the respondent Police daily at 7.30 p.m., until further orders, imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14283 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14283 of 2023 dated 28.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
