This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16856 of 2024 dated 18.07.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m for another period of four months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months.
