ORDER
The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 468, 471 & section 34 IPC in Crime No. 18 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.S.Udayakumar, learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent/state submitted that the petitioners/A7 in Crl.O.P.No. 5815 of 2024 and the petitioner/A8 in Crl.O.P.No. 5819 of 2024 who had already granted anticipatory bail by this Court, dated 08.04.2024 with certain conditions and the same were not complied with by the petitioners/A7 & A8. Without complying the conditions imposed by this Court, the petitioners/A7 & A8 have filed the present petition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain in the petition. 3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Government Advocate as well as the the interest of justice, this Court is inclined to extends fifteen days time to the petitioners to comply with the earlier order passed by this Court, dated 08.04.2024. 4.Accordingly, this petition shall stands closed. 26-09-2025 MSM Page Nos.2/4
