This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.No.6888 of 2023 dated 09.06.2023 for executing the sureties before the Additional Mahila Court, Thiruvallur.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Petition, the prayer sought for by the Petitioner deserves to be considered in his favour.

3.Accordingly, time is extended till 15.09.2023 for the Petitioner to execute the sureties and comply with the conditions, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
