No.DR.106079 of 2024 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY,J In a proposed suit for injunction, damages and rendition of accounts, the intending plaintiff seeks leave to sue the respondents. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the demo products of the applicant are being used by the respondents for demonstration at hospitals situated within the territorial limits of this Court.

2. Upon examining the plaint, material documents and the affidavit in support of this application, it appears that part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondents before this Court. As a consequence, the Registry is directed to number the plaint, if otherwise in order.
