Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, after calling for the concerned records from the respondent, quash the order of the respondent dated 26.6.2013 bearing Memo.No.TNPCB/Per./CS/29967/2008 and consequently direct the respondent to defer all the further proceedings on the Charge Memo dated 5.4.2013 bearing No.TNPCB/Per./CS/29967/2008 including submission of explanation to the charge memo till the conclusion of the criminal proceedings initiated in Special Case No.7 of 2012 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate cum Special Judge, Chengalpattu.
