O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) One K.Mani has already obtained directions in W.P.No.7369 of 2015 for the respondents/ authorities to look into the allegation of encroachment by the 5th and 6th respondents therein, after notice to them. The petitioner herein is the 5th respondent therein, who has thus been issued notice.

2. The prayer made by the petitioner in the present petition is for eviction of encroachment in the land situated at S.F.No.270/12, Thiruthani Village, Thiruthani Taluk, Thiruvallur District. This very same number forms the subject matter of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

earlier writ petition. Thus, there appear to be allegations and counter allegations. That being the prayer, the petitioner makes a grievance about the Survey number of his land by the Tahsildar/second respondent. We find no infirmity in the aforesaid process, if the land of the petitioner is also verified. Further, as learned counsel for the petitioner contends, he has nothing to do with the property where the alleged encroachment has taken place he can always go to the concerned authority and say so.

3. We thus find no reason to intervene in the present matter.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed with the aforesaid observation, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
