Petition for anticipatory bail in Cr.No.517 of 2016.

Offences alleged are under Sections 341, 294(b), 427, 336, 397 and 506(ii) I.P.C.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.side).

The petitioners are alleged to have robbed Rs.125/- at knife point.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been implicated in this case. He is ready to cooperate with Investigating Agency.

6. In the facts and circumstances and the nature of allegations made, I am inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.

7(i) Anticipatory bail granted;

(ii) Petitioners shall surrender before the learned XIV Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore at Chennai within 15 days of receipt of a copy of this order;

(iii) Each of the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate; (iv) Petitioners shall report before the concerned Magistrate Court on Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. for two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
