2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court dated 26.09.2022, the petitioner has deposited the entire arrears of Rs.3,90,000/- by way of demand draft bearing No.006424 dated 18.10.2022 drawn at Axis Bank, Ekkatuthangal Branch, Chenna, in the name of Registrar General, High Court of Madras and the copy of the demand draft along with acknowledgment letter is also produced and the same is recorded.

3. In view of the above, the matter shall be remitted back to the Family Court as directed by this Court by order dated 26.09.2022.

4. The learned II Additional Family Court Judge, Chennai, is directed to consider the issue afresh and complete the proceedings in the maintenance case in M.C.No.341 of 2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving opportunity to both the parties.
