Respondents PRAYER : Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on the respresentation dated 10.09.2012 and 13.09.2012 given by the petitioner against the respondents 4 to 8 herein, and order repossession of the house measuring to an extent of 1200 sq.ft. At western side of Plot No.3, Mookambikai Nagar Extension, Door No.1/741, Mookambikai Nagar, Palanvanjipalayam, Tiruppur-641 608 to the petitioner.

ORDER
Heard Mr.S.Giritharan learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3, and Mr.R.Bharath Kumar, learned counsel appearing for respondents 4 & 5 and perused the materials.
2.The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take action on the petitioner's representation wherein, he had made averments implicating the respondents 4 to 8.
3.When the writ petition was called today, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that upon the receipt of the petitioner's representation, an enquiry was conducted and the third respondent had registered a complaint in Crime No.618 of 2012 and had also filed the final report and the same has been taken on file by the Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruppur on 05.10.2015. The issue is now pending in C.C.No.732 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Tiruppur.
4.In view of the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is of the view that the request of the petitioner has already been considered by the respondents and that no further adjudication is required. Accordingly writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently the connection miscellaneous petition is closed.
