This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to extend the time to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction issued by this Court in its order dated 04.08.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.12684 of in Crl.O.P.No.26574 of 2013, for a further period of six months.

2. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the petitioner.

Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the time to complete the investigation and file the final report as per the direction issued by this Court in its order dated 04.08.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.12684 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.26574 of 2013 is extended for a further period of six months.
