The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents and their subordinates not to harass the petitioners in any manner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that no such harassment was made by the respondent police and in fact, the petitioners are not required for any enquiry by the respondent police.
