This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.8183 of in Crl.O.P.No.10057 of 2024 dated 11.06.2024.

The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and the investigation is pending.

3.Considering the said submission and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and the investigation is completed, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the learned Special Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of POCSO Cases, Chennai on every first working day of the English Calender month for three (3) months."
