ORDER

The limited prayer sought for by the petitioner is to conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a reasonable time.

2. Heard Mr.I.Calvin Jones for M/s.Ajmal Associates appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. At this juncture, learned Government Advocate would submit that they would conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a period of three months.

4. In view of the fair submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent viz., Disciplinary Authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a period of three(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on it's own merits and in accordance with law.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs.
