This court, while disposing the writ petition by order dated 4.1.2022, has recorded that the petitioner has agreed to deposit a sum of Rs.1 Crore within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of that order to the second respondent in para 9 of the order and thereupon, directed for such deposit in para 11 of the order, whereas, now, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the deposit needs to be made only to the fourth respondent.

3. Accordingly, relevant portion in para 9 and 11 of the order dated 4.1.2022 is modified and the deposit shall be made to the fourth respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
