JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was authored by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This intra-Court appeal has been directed against the order passed by the Writ Court dated 15.12.2021 made in W.P.No.3324 of 2020. In fact, it was a common order, where, the said writ petition, along with other writ petitions, was heard and disposed by the learned Single Judge of the Writ Court.

2. Non-teaching staff were appointed in Aided Recognized Schools. Here, one Beulah, who is the first respondent, was appointed as an Office Assistant in the second respondent School/Danish Mission Higher Secondary School, Thiruvannamalai. Her appointment was not approved, therefore, she approached the Writ Court by filing a writ petition in W.P.No.3324 of 2020.

3. The said writ petition was heard along with other connected writ petitions and those writ petitions were allowed through the impugned common order passed by the Writ Court, giving directions to the appellant Department to approve the appointments of those non-teaching staff.

4. Though this appeal was filed by the appellant, that is the Director of School Education, aggrieved over the order of the Writ Court, today, when the case is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Nedunchezhiyan, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has stated that the orders of the Writ Court has been complied with.

5. Mr.J.C.Durairaj, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the appellants, also has not controverted the said fact and states that the impugned order has been complied with.

6. In view of the said developments, no further adjudication is required in this appeal. Hence, this appeal stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P.No.12477 of 2023 is closed.
