ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petitioner seeks mandamus to respondents 1 to 5 to dispose of his representation dated 26.02.2024 for removal of encroachment on state highway.

2. Mr.Prabakar states that he has received a report from Tahsildar, 4th respondent, placing various points.

3. The report of respondent No.4 shall be placed before respondent No.1, District Collector, to whom petitioner has made a representation dated 26.02.2024. Respondent No.1 shall dispose of the representation in accordance with law by considering the report of respondent No.4 and after hearing the parties concerned. We made no observation on the merits of the matter. All rights and contentions are kept open. Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. (K.R.SHRIRAM., CJ.)
