Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records on the file of the 2nd respondent made in Naka:3409/2016/A6 dated: 27.04.2016 quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the land in village S.NOs.73 and 74 Ettikal Agaram Village, Krishnagiri District and fix the boundaries for the petitioner land which is 54.27 acres of land.

By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of the second respondent made in Naka:3409/2016/A6, dated 27.04.2016, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the land in village S.NOs.73 and 74 Ettikal Agaram Village, Krishnagiri District and fix the boundaries for the petitioner land which is 54.27 acres of land.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that this Writ Petition is not maintainable in view of the fact that appeal remedy is available as against the impugned order.

5. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
