The petitioner, who has been terminated from service has filed this writ petition, seeking direction against the first respondent to consider his representation dated 04.05.2024 for granting provident fund amount accumulated in his account in P.F.A/c.No.UAN101235212221. 2.

Mr.C.Venkatesan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's representation has not been considered so far and hence, he has come out with this writ petition.

Mr.R.Vishnu, learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent submitted that the provident fund amount will be sanctioned provided the petitioner files an online application duly signed by himself and his employer for enabling the first respondent to process the same. 4.

In that case, the petitioner is at liberty to file an online application duly signed by himself and his employer, who is the second respondent and submit the same to the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the 2/4

same, the first respondent shall consider and pass orders for the disbursal of the provident fund amount accumulated in the account of the petitioner viz. P.F.A/c.No.UAN101235212221 within a period of two weeks thereafter. 5.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
