As per the directions of this Court dated 14.09.2023, an amount of Rs.10,000/- has been deposited with the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority on 19.09.2023.

2.The order having been complied with, the learned III Additional District Judge, Salem is requested to take up the appeal in A.S.No.49 of 2017 and dispose of the same within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.In the light of the compliance of the order of this Court, no further orders is necessary.
