(CRIME NO.27/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and there after every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in the order dated 14.09.2020 in Crl.OP.14267/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.NALLIYAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14267 of 2020 on 14.09.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the charge sheet has been filed.
