Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the Tender cum Auction Notice in Na. Ka. No. 9574/F4/2012 dated 03.07.2013 on the file of the first respondent and direct the respondents to grant fishing right of Vaniyaru Reservoir (Item No.3) situated at Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District to the petitioner Society as per the Government Order in G.O.Ms. No.332, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries (F.S.IV) Department dated 17.11.1993.
