This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed in the Order dated 21.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.16091 of 2023 that the petitioner shall report before respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, petitioner is complying the condition only from 04.08.2023. Thus, he seeks for dismissal of this petition.
