CRL.M.P.No.14539 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.456 of 2019 P.VELMURUGAN, J.
This miscellaneous petition has been filed to implead the legal heirs of the deceased revision petitioner/A1 in the above revision. 2.Originally the case was registered against the petitioner and two others and the trial Court convicted the petitioner and two others. Challenging the said conviction, the revision petitioner herein and two others filed an appeal and the lower appellate Court dismissed appeal by confirming the judgment as against the petitioner herein/A1 and allowed the appeal by setting aside the judgment as against the other two accused/A2 and A3. Challenging the said dismissal order, the revision petitioner filed the present revision. Aggrieved by acquittal order, the de facto complainant filed an appeal before this Court against the accused/A2 and A3. 3.During the pendency of the revision, the revision petitioner/A1 died and hence, the legal heirs of deceased petitioner filed the present petition to implead themselves as petitioners in the above revision. The impleading petitioners are permitted to continue as petitioners in the revision.
5.Registry is directed to implead the legal heirs of petitioner/A1 as petitioners in the revision.
