The name of the appellant underwent a change and the new name is Sony Group Corporation. As evidence of change in name, the appellant has placed on record the certificate issued by the Registrar of Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau, District of Minato, along with a translation thereof. In view of the said change in name, this application is liable to be and is hereby allowed as prayed for.

2. Consequently, the amendments shall be carried out in the appeal on or before 21.09.2023 and an amended copy of the appeal shall be filed after serving copies on the respondents.

3. List the matter on 21.09.2023.
