ORDER

This Petition is filed seeking police protection fearing threat at the hands of the fifth respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that the fifth respondent a mentally unstable person has attacked the petitioner herein and caused hit injury for which she has taken treatment. The fifth respondent found to be a person of unstable mind is presently not found in that locality and the investigation indicates that he has left to Andra Pradesh. If the fifth respondent come back, necessary action will be taken to secure and admit him in the mental hospital. 2/4

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
