(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner alleges encroachment of Government land and unauthorised mining against respondent no.11, for which representations have been made. In such kind of petition, it is often difficult to decipher as to whether it is some interest fight or a genuine endeavour for public interest. Since representations are made, it is for the respondent authorities to look into the representations and deal with the same in accordance with law within a time bound schedule. 2.The aforesaid aspect be, thus, dealt with by the eighth respondent within three (3) months from the date of receipt of the order and in case, any adverse order is sought to be passed against any affected party, needless to say, the same would be only after notice to all the concerned.
