This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.16341 of 2023 dated 26.07.2023 that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Salem.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is not able to find sureties who can offer bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- and thus, he requests reduction of bond amount.

3.In the said circumstances, the condition is modified to the effect that instead of Rs.25,000/-, petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties each for the like sum. To execute the same, time is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
