The petitioner made an application on 30.12.2014 followed by the compliance report on 30.04.2015 seeking grant of permission/approval to the petitioners School viz St.Joseph Matriculation School, at Kadamboduvalvu Village, Nanguneri Taluk Tirunelveli District, for classes starting from LKG to VIII Standard. As the said application is still pending consideration, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.
Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both sides, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final hearing.

Taking note of the limited scope of the prayer sought in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the application of the petitioner dated 30.12.2014, followed by the compliance report dated 30.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
