CRL.O.P.No.26856 of 2016 Dr.P.DEVADASS, J., Petition for anticipatory bail in Crime No.13 of 2016 for offence under Sections 498-A, 323 and 494 of I.P.C.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The petitioner is a Police Constable. He married the defacto complainant. Now, she lodged a complaint that he and his relatives performed his marriage second time with A11 who is a woman Police Constable. In the meanwhile, A1 has approached the Sub-Court, Arur, Dharmapuri District for re-union in H.M.O.P.No.89 of 2013. It is pending.

4. In the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant him anticipatory bail.

5. Ordered as under:- (i) Anticipatory bail granted.

(ii) Petitioner shall surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Tirupur, within 15 days of receipt of a copy of the order;

Dr.P. DEVADASS, J., pri/dp (iii) Petitioner shall execute a bond for Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate;
