This petition has been filed to amend the name of the 2nd petitioner as R.V.Ramachandran alias C.V.Mohan Prabhu instead of Ramachandran in Crl.O.P.No.12875 of 2022 dated 08.06.2022.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the petition and order copy in Crl.O.P.No.12875 of 2022 dated 08.06.2022 and issue fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to execute the sureties as directed by this Court, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
