Considering the fact that the registered office of the applicant firm is in Chennai and one of the suit schedule property is situated in Chennai and taking note of the fact that though the dispute is among the partners in a partnership firm, the dispute is primarily between the family members, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
