The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the 2/4

petitioners application dated 27.06.2022 to issue free house patta to the petitioners by regularizing the Government Poramboke lands under any Government Schemes in Survey No.472 of extent of 0.60.5 Hec. situated at Vellalapatti Village, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District, within a stipulated time.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that during the pendancy of this writ petition, the representation submitted by the petitioners seeking issuance of patta was rejected.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
