Crl.M.P.No.14652 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.14652 of 2022 in Crl.OP.No.25826 of 2021 T.V.THAMILSELVI,J This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 03.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25826 of 2021 to deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) to the credit of Crime No.1612 of 2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner requested that the sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to be deposited may be reduced.

Heard the learned Government Advocate (crl.side). 4.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition No.5(b) imposed by this Court, while granting bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25826 of 2021, dated 03.01.2022 that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.1612 of 2021 is modified to the effect that without prejudice to his rights, the petitioner shall deposit only a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of S.C.No.39 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Judge, Tiruppur District and on such deposit, the petitioner shall execute two sureties for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) before the concerned Court, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. The other conditions shall remain intact. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
