Though sole respondent has been served in the above matter, however, he has not entered appeared through pleader.

2. The above petitions are filed to condone the delay of 474 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of Sole Appellant and to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 5 as appellants 2 to 5, being the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

3. As sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, the Petitions are ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.
