ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 29.09 .2021 for the offence under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 34 r/w Section 109 of IPC of IPC in Crime No.137 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution petitioner along with other accused collected a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- each from the defacto complainant and 35 others for getting allotment in the Tamil Nadu Housing Board and also issued the fake allotment orders. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is falsely implicated in this case. He would pray for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) raised objection stating that they were collected more than 16 crores from various persons under the promise of obtaining allotment in the Tamil Housing Board. He further submits that this Court dismissed the petitioner's earlier bail petition in Crl.OP.No.21475 of 2021 dated 17.11.2021. He further submits that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner
