The above miscellaneous petition has been filed to grant an order of interim stay of the operation of the order in Na.Ka.No.22576/15/2019 dated 02.06.2022 passed by the 4th respondent.

2. A perusal of the materials reveals that the petitioner has not made out a Prima facie for grant of interim injunction.

Accordingly this petition is dismissed.
