By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

It is the case of the petitioner that she is a permanent resident of No.38-N, Sengundar Nager, Moongilpadi Road, Chinnaselam, Villupuram District. and she was residing there along with his son and her husband, who is working abroad. Immediately after marriage, as the petitioner's husband had gone abroad for avocation, the petitioner has not applied for separate Family Card. Later, as family card is required for every purpose, the petitioner's husband made an application dated 20.12.2012 to the respondent seeking issuance of Family Card. It is the further case of the petitioner that the respondent, who received his application had sought several certificates from various authorities. Though the petitioner has produced certificates from (i) The Special Tahsildar (Civil Supply) (ii) The Salesman of Fair Price Shop and (iii) Village Administrative Officer, the respondent is not issuing the family card to the petitioner for the past four years. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, seeking for the aforesaid relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Government pleader appearing for the respondents. 4.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made, this Court directs the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2012, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. However it made clear that this Court, by this Order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. This Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
