Judge, Harur, which were suits for declaration of title and for injunction, the present suit in O.S.No.85 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court at Pappireddipatti is not maintainable. He would want me to exercise the jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to take note of the suit and appeal and reject the plaint. 2.Reserving his right to move an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC or under Order 6 Rule 16 of CPC, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
