The writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 30.10.2015 given by the petitioner.

2. According to the petitioner, she made representation dated 30.05.2015, seeking patta to be granted in favour of her. Since no reply was given, the petitioner has come up with the present petition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.The petitioner if at all wants a patta to be granted in her favour, she has to establish her possession and also make a proper representation along with the relevant documents. Even https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for a land owned by the government, application should also be made individually for grant of patta with relevant documents. Without enclosing any details, mandamus to consider the application for grant of patta for 64 persons cannot be granted. The petitioner has to establish her possession in the said land and apply for grant of patta in the manner known to law. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed.
